We're looking for a committed, motivated, customer focused, Red Seal Journeyman Automotive Technician OR an experienced 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice to become part of our team. The ideal candidate would have these assets:
Detailed customer focus approach and a respectful team player
Previous dealership experience is a plus
Chrysler level 1, 2, or 3 Master Certified training
Dedicated to quality workmanship and strong diagnostic and problem solving skills to competently diagnose, problem solve, and repair all models of vehicles, strong aptitude for technical/mechanical repairs
Experienced in diesel, power trains, electrical, suspension, and engine work, ability to perform preventive maintenance service and to determine safety or service work needed, identify warranty repairs, work with Technicians and Service Advisors to offer quality work and customer service
Ability to use electronic work order system, and read and understand schematic diagrams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and work professionally with Supervisors, the Service Advisors and Automotive Technician team.
Willingness to work as a team member and follow procedures and guidelines of Dealership and Health and Safety laws. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, maintain facility and property as required to operate
Looking to work in a flat-rate shop with great earning potential
Able to drive with a valid driver's abstract
Other requirements of an automotive technician position as required
